Visiting collection department (the degree of collection - Hard)

PrimoCollect (www.primocollect.com.ua) is a leading international financial group of companies, the market leader in handling overdue debts of various complexity for over 11 years. The company specializes in professional debt collection and redemption of troubled debt portfolios and is currently looking for a reliable and experienced employee for the visiting collection department (the degree of collection - Hard)

Main duties:

• Execution of field trips for negotiations with borrowers aimed at quick and effective repayment of arrears
• Visits at actual addresses and officially registered addresses of clients who admitted overdue debts
• Conducting personal negotiations with clients
• Telephone conversations with debtors and representatives (relatives, acquaintances) in order to resolve issues of debt repayment
• Data entry (about visits) on software
• Consolidation of reporting for management
• Making suggestions for optimization of work
• Performance according to planned quantitative and qualitative indicators

Working conditions:

• Fixed Income - salary + high% of collection
• Compensation for mobile communication and fuel
• Official employment - in accordance with the civil law agreement
• Remote work
• Itinerant work (90% of working hours outside of the office)
• Flexible schedule: 40-hour working week, non-fixed start of day and floating weekends

Requirements:

• Experience of 1 year in debt collection
• Education: incomplete higher education, higher education
• Strong communication skills and competent language
• Ability to find compromise solutions
• Desire to learn, develop skills and gain experience
• Readiness for Itinerant work
• Goal orientation
• Mobility
